Terms — AccountingDash (Human rendering)
Version 1.25 · Effective 29-10-2026 Same agreement as the Clear version, just friendlier words. If any wording ever differs, the Clear (plain) version v1.25 is the one that counts.
Status: APPROVED by BJS on 30-10-2026 (version 1.25). Written from what this product's code actually does and stores. Not legal advice; no lawyer has reviewed this text.
Built with AI: this product, including this document, was written with the help of Anthropic's Claude under human direction and review. Customer data reaches an AI in one place only: every PDF you upload under Documents or have mailed in, and every mailed-in invoice without a PDF, is read by Anthropic's Claude (Privacy Policy §3-4). Bank statements are read on our own server, by no AI.
1. Who you're dealing with
AccountingDash is made and run by We make AI work s.r.o. — a Czech company, IČO 29697115, based at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered at the Regional Court in Brno, file C 152497. The product has its own name, but the company behind every promise on this page is us. Want to reach a human? support@accountingdash.eu — we read it.
2. When these terms apply
Use AccountingDash, create an account, or buy something — and these terms are the deal between us. If they're not okay with you, that's fine too, just don't use the service.
3. What you actually get — what AccountingDash is
AccountingDash is the suite's bookkeeping tool. It lets people from organisations that have it sign in, and keeps the basics about the companies whose books you run — names, numbers, addresses, bank accounts (locked away encrypted), invoice defaults, and who your accountant is. And now the books themselves: the transactions you type in — who, what, how much, the VAT — worked out in your company's currency at the Czech National Bank's rate of the day, plus a to-review pile for the ones you're not sure about. Plus your customers (their email locked away encrypted too) and a catalogue of what you sell, which you can pull out as a spreadsheet and put back in. Owners and admins can change all of it; everyone else in the organisation can look. Got an invoice or receipt as a PDF? Upload it: Claude, Anthropic's AI, reads every one. When it's sure - it can tell which of your companies the invoice is for (by its VAT or registration number, or its name), it is at least 70% confident, and that invoice number and amount aren't booked already - it books the invoice for you. Anything else goes on the to-review pile, and is booked only when an owner or admin checks it and says yes. We keep the file, encrypted. Even easier: give your suppliers your own inbox address (we make one for you, t-…@inbox.accountingdash.eu) and tell us who may use it - one address, or a whole domain. Mail from anyone else goes nowhere. Every PDF in their mail is read just like an upload (and counts towards your trial like one), and a mail with no PDF is read as the invoice itself - we keep that mail, encrypted. No plan, trial over or no company yet? The mail waits up to 60 days for you. And your invoices: numbered, with the customer's details frozen on each one, plus credit notes when you need to correct one. Download any of them as a PDF (with a QR code to pay, if your bank account is filled in), and a statement of a company's numbers for any period too; we make the file when you click and keep no copy. Bill someone every month, quarter or year? Set it up once and a draft appears on the day — it waits for you to check it; we never send or book it on our own, unless you tell that schedule to send automatically: then we book it and email the PDF to your customer, and their reply goes to your company's address. Any other invoice you've issued you can email from its page the same way, or download and send yourself. One limit: we email at most 20 invoices for your organisation in any 24 hours - past that, the invoice just waits (a scheduled one as a draft) until you send it later or yourself. For VAT: note each return you've filed and we show you anything in that period that changed afterwards; see the foreign VAT you paid and when to claim it back; have your accountant get the statement by email when a period closes (their reply comes to your company's address); and we check your customers' EU VAT numbers with the EU's VIES every week, and your own companies' every day, and tell you when one changes. Want the big picture? Each company gets an overview: the year's numbers, month by month, where the money went, the cash ahead (projected from what you marked recurring) and your VAT over time. There's a suppliers page too, with what renews and roughly when - our guess from the documents, not a contract date. You can view the list in one currency, we flag two entries with the same document number and amount as a possible duplicate, and entries saved without a rate can fetch it later. Sell through Mollie? Connect your own Mollie account to a company (with an organisation token you make in Mollie - we check it first and keep it encrypted) and every payout books itself once a day: the sales as money in, Mollie's fees as money out, both waiting in your to-review pile until you confirm them. Disconnect any time: the token goes, the bookings stay. Bank statements too: upload the PDF your bank gives you and every movement lands under the company whose account it is - read on our own server from the statement's layout (no AI, nobody else sees it), and only if it all adds up to the bank's own totals, to the cent; if not, nothing goes in. We don't keep the PDF, and account numbers are stored encrypted. A payment whose VS and amount match an invoice you sent marks that invoice paid. Today that's Raiffeisenbank statements in Czech. Tired of fixing the same supplier every time? Give them a rule - always this category, this company, this VAT rate or this currency, or "never a subscription" - and every document from them follows it. If a rule changes the VAT or the currency, we still leave that one for you to check. You sign in through BusinessDash — a quick hop there to use your passkey, then back. We check with BusinessDash every so often that you still belong and your company still has AccountingDash. If BusinessDash is down, we trust the last answer for a day, then stop letting anyone in until it's back. Try it free first: 14 days and 30 documents, no card. After that, uploading stops until you pay — everything you already have here stays and keeps working. It's paid: you buy a prepaid plan on accountingdash.eu (through Mollie) and see the price first; nothing is sold inside this app. Whatever your company keeps here is your company's. If someone asks to be erased, their own record here goes; the company's audit trail keeps an anonymous id that points to nobody. Run a holding? You see every company of the group and the whole group in one currency, each amount at the rate of its own day — and money that only moved between two of your own companies (we spot it by the VAT or company number on the document, never by name) is shown as taken out of the group's total, not deleted. Each company's own numbers, VAT included, stay exactly as they are. Owners can download everything the company keeps here, any time, in one file; admins can too, once an owner says yes — one download, within 24 hours (unanswered requests lapse after a week). We ask BusinessDash first, note every ask, yes, no and download in the audit trail and keep no copy. And you can close your account from right here: you confirm on BusinessDash, your own record here goes within the hour, and the company's books — invoices you've issued included, which the law says the company must keep — stay with the company. If an owner deletes the whole company on BusinessDash, 30 days later we delete all of its data here — the invoices you issued included — and keep no copy. Keeping your tax records as long as the law says is your company's job, so download first. The audit trail stays, minus what was in each entry.
4. Paying
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Mollie handles the payment — we never see or store your card number. We're not VAT-registered, so no surprise tax lines. If we ever change prices, whatever you've already paid for stays exactly as it was.
5. The 14-day rule, honestly
EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about online purchases — with one exception we have to use: when you buy digital content that's delivered instantly (a pass, an unlock), you agree we deliver right away, and that means the 14-day return window closes at that moment. That's § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code doing its thing. Subscriptions are simpler: cancel anytime, you keep what you paid for until the period runs out.
6. Fair play
Don't use the service to do anything illegal, don't try to break it, flood it, scrape it, resell it, or sneak past the payment gate. If someone does that seriously, we can suspend their account — with a warning first, whenever that's possible.
7. If something goes wrong
We build with care, but no service is perfect. Where the law allows it, we're not on the hook for indirect damage or outages beyond our control, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Where the law says liability can't be limited — it isn't. Consumer rights stay fully intact.
8. Your data
The short version: we collect as little as possible and sell nothing. The full, honest story is in the Privacy Policy at https://accountingdash.eu/privacy — it's genuinely short.
9. When these terms change
If the service, prices or the law change, these terms follow. The current version always lives at https://accountingdash.eu/terms with its number and date. Big changes to a running subscription? We tell you beforehand, and you can walk away before they kick in.
10. If we disagree
Czech law applies, Czech courts decide — but your home country's consumer protections always stand. Prefer not to go to court? The Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) runs a free dispute service at https://adr.coi.cz, and the EU has one at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
